This is easily one of my favorite establishments in Ljubljana.

It has that rare vibe of a newcomer on the scene with just a couple of employees who really care about what they're doing - similar to Hood Burger in the early days. Every burger (or sandwich) I've ordered from them so far feels like a hand-sculpted masterpiece with every individual ingredient pretty much perfected. I don't know if they can keep that vibe going but I sure hope so.

All that being said, I dearly hope they move. Much closer to me. Please.
